Processing Purposes

The personal data you provide through the site forms will be used to:

• Manage and respond to your inquiries, requests or communications.
• Maintain the necessary communication in relation to your message or project.
• And, if you expressly authorize it, to send you information, news, content or commercial communications related to our projects or activities.
• Answer your questions in the site's automated assistant (AI) and manage the meetings you book.

Under no circumstances will your data be used for purposes other than those described here.

Legitimation

Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox or by writing to us in the chat (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, when you request a meeting or a proposal, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law.

To provide the service we use processors acting on our behalf: website hosting and email; Google (calendar for booking meetings and Gemini for the chat assistant); Groq (chat assistant, as a fallback); Telegram (internal alerts when we receive a request) and Sentry (error monitoring). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on GDPR safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

Automated assistant (AI)

The chat on this site is an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence, not a person. What you type is sent to Google (Gemini) or, as a fallback, to Groq to generate the reply, and it is kept in your browser during the visit. Its replies are for guidance only and are not a binding offer. Do not share health data or other sensitive data. If you prefer to talk to a person, message us on WhatsApp or at info@deru.es.

Retention

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes. In the case of communications or mailings, they will be maintained as long as you do not withdraw your consent or request to unsubscribe.

Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability by sending an email to info@deru.es.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time or file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your data has not been processed correctly.

Security Measures

The controller applies the technical and organisational measures needed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Use of Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The chat conversation is kept in your browser's session storage and is deleted when you close the tab. We use Sentry to detect technical errors, without recording sessions or storing form contents. Fonts and icons are served from this same site, with no third parties. If we enable analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent first.

This policy may be updated at any time to adapt to legal or technical changes. The current version will always be available on this same page.
